Individually packed Red Leicester (firm and tasty) and Bosworthfield (crumbly and delicious)from
the Sparkenhoe Stud in Upton, Leics. The stud maintain a herd of pedigree Holstein Fresians and
uses their milk to make the cheeses. Lovely with a pint.
